Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: Zirakpur
Experience: 4–8 Years
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
*Develop and execute sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
*Handle high-value client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
*Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, digital platforms, and referrals
*Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and analyze market trends
*Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth sales closure
*Ensure excellent customer experience from lead generation to handover

Required Skills & Qualifications :
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
*Proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
*Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
*Knowledge of local real estate market and RERA regulations
*Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
*Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
*Experience in handling premium or large-scale real estate projects
*Strong network of channel partners and brokers
*Customer-focused and result-driven mindset
