Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, develop strategic sales initiatives, and grow our brokerage business. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets in line with business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies for brokerage products and services
- Identify new business opportunities and target clients for portfolio growth
- Prepare sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire and manage high-value clients and corporate accounts
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Provide advisory support on brokerage services and investment solutions
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs
- Generate regular reports on pipeline, revenue, and market trends
- Provide insights to management to optimize sales strategies
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client service delivery
- Work closely with internal teams for client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups
Preferred Candidate Profile
- • 5–8 years’ sales experience in the UAE, with strong real estate background
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and market research
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Nationality preference: UK/British
