Job Description:

RTGF Express Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing logistics & courier company, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our business network and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Generate new business through B2B, franchise, and corporate clients
• Manage and lead the sales team
• Identify market opportunities and build long-term client relationships
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Minimum 1–5 years experience in sales (Logistics / Courier / FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team and work independently
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus
