The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in the flexible workspace or commercial real estate industry. You will be responsible for driving occupancy across our centers, managing the full sales lifecycle, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively hunt for new business through outbound networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales funnel—from initial inquiry and site tours to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Broker Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate brokers and channel partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of prospective clients to recommend tailored workspace solutions (Private Cabins, Managed Offices, or Meeting Rooms).
  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on competitor pricing, local market trends, and inventory levels to position Spacion as the top choice for flexible office space.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular reports on sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience specifically within Coworking, Serviced Offices, or Commercial Real Estate.
  • Proven Tracker Record: A history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Networking: An existing network of brokers and corporate facility managers is highly preferred.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹237,286.78 - ₹803,171.72 per year
