Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new clients for air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and land transport
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare and submit competitive freight quotations and tenders
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
- Set KPIs, review performance, and provide regular coaching
- Conduct sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth execution
Market & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
