Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position located in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing sales teams, creating sales plans, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and achieving revenue goals
  • Leadership and team management abilities paired with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with market analysis and business development
  • Competency in strategic planning, forecasting, and negotiation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the education or language training sector is a plus
