Job Description

Beautile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager – Stones & Clay Roof Tiles to lead sales operations at our Cochin showrooms. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing the showroom sales team, developing strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales of natural stones, cladding stones, brick claddings, and clay roof tiles etc.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new market opportunities in residential, commercial, and project-based segments.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train and manage the showroom sales team for the Stones & Roof Tiles division.
• Assign targets, track performance, and provide continuous coaching.
• Ensure consistent product knowledge and professional selling standards across the team.

Customer & Channel Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and interior designers.
• Handle high-value project negotiations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and successful lead conversions.

Product & Technical Guidance

• Provide expert guidance on stone selection and clay roof tile solutions based on architectural requirements.
• Educate customers on installation methods, durability, maintenance, and design compatibility.
• Stay updated on product innovations, market trends, and competitor activities.

Marketing & Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate with marketing, design, and digital teams to support campaigns, showroom visuals, and promotions.
• Work with the internal design team to create product presentations and marketing visuals.
• Analyze marketing leads and conversion data to improve sales effectiveness.

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and payment follow-ups.
• Provide insights to management on customer preferences, demand trends, and market opportunities.
• Ensure showroom standards, product displays, and stock coordination are maintained.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in stones, clay roof tiles, construction materials, or building products.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM or sales software knowledge is an advantage.
