Hiring: Secondary & Off-Plan Sales Manager (2 Positions)

SRJ Real Estate L.L.C is currently hiring two (2) experienced Sales Managers for our Secondary Market and Off-Plan departments in Dubai.

We are seeking motivated, result-driven real estate professionals with strong market knowledge and a proven ability to close deals in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Available Positions

• Secondary Sales Manager – 1 Position
• Off-Plan Sales Manager – 1 Position

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales activities for Secondary or Off-Plan properties
• Handle client portfolios, property listings, and buyer requirements
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Guide and support sales consultants to achieve targets
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (Secondary or Off-Plan)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to manage high-value clients and transactions
• Hands-on experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM systems (preferred)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Immediate joiners preferred

Language Requirements

• English & Urdu
• Arabic – Preferred
