Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and convert high-potential leads into active clients.
- New Acquisition: Actively seek out and acquire new customers to expand our footprint.
- Market Growth: Strategize to increase market share within the region.
- Relationship Management: Conduct professional customer meetings and deliver compelling product presentations.
- Follow-ups: Ensure timely handling of inquiries and persistent follow-ups to close deals.
- Referrals: Build strong relationships to generate customer-driven referrals.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Industry Background: Preference for candidates from PUF Panels, HVAC, PMC, Fire Doors, Paint, Hardware, Pharma Machinery, or Construction-related fields.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Must be graduate.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
