Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth for Digiwise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling digital marketing services, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a confident communicator with a strong understanding of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Digiwise’s digital marketing services
• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SMEs and enterprise clients
• Understand client needs and propose customized digital marketing solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track leads, opportunities, and performance using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover
• Mentor junior sales team members when required

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of services such as SEO, social media marketing, PPC, branding, and web development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Solid understanding of the UAE business landscape
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
