Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop growth strategies, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

· Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team

· Identify new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships

· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

· Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales results

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities

· Ensure timely collection of payments and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

· 12–15 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

· Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

· Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
