We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the waterpark, theme park, leisure, or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who understands the UAE leisure market, can build strong partnerships, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, commercially minded, and excited to be part of a growing leisure destination in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Lead corporate, group, school, tourism, and leisure sales initiatives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, schools, and corporate clients
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, early-bird offers, and promotional packages
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align objectives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in waterparks, theme parks, hotels, leisure, or related industries
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, pricing, and revenue optimization
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Willing to work in Ajman
• Strong understanding of the UAE leisure and tourism market
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
