Sales Manager

We are looking for a '' Sales Manger '' to join our team in our own company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master degree

7 years of experience in human resources , in HR recruitment consultancy companies is must.

10+ years’ experience in sales

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Good level of MS Office applications

Excellent project and client management skills with the aim of maintaining the overall quality of the service provided from start to finish

Strong entrepreneurial skills with adherence to ethical and moral conduct in all relations,

Service focused personality, good planning, organizing and communication skills

Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented

A strong problem solving ability,

Analytical approach

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall project and client management of different assignments in different industries & management levels,

Administrating the database management for the related assignments,

Active involvement with the business development process,

Learns customer processes and needs, determines their needs, ensures that appropriate products are positioned at the right times and long-term customer loyalty is created,

Follows the strategy and vision of the corporate sales department and implements the necessary actions in parallel with this vision,

Meetings with hiring managers for position briefs in order to find candidates that meet their requirements in terms of skill and qualification.
