Sales Manager

Urgent hiring for Executive is responsible for sourcing quality business, generating leads, converting them into disbursements and achieving assigned targets for secured business lending. The role requires strong field sales capability, customer relationship management and adherence to credit policy and processes.

Locations: Bihar, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, manage and support channel partners across assigned geographies

· Responsible for onboarding and training of his assigned partner.

· Ensuring the growth of indirect sourcing and partner’s productivity

· Responsible for partner’s quality portfolio and performance

· Ensure adherence to compliance norms and process guidelines

· Maintain partner MIS, reports, and performance data

Key Skills & Experience

· 1-4 years of experience in NBFC / Bank / Fintech

· Exposure to indirect sourcing channels

· Basic understanding of credit, risk, and compliance processes

· Good communication, coordination, and execution skills

· Preferred worked for ITC/FMCG/Hindustan Unilever (HUL)/ Procter & Gamble (P&G)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
