Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and oversee performance across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and a proven ability to mentor agents, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Generate and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key partners.
  • Oversee property presentations, negotiations, and closing procedures.
  • Monitor market movements and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2 years) as Sales Manager or Senior Property Consultant in the real estate sector (UAE experience preferred).
  • Valid UAE Driver's License
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market and off-plan projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
