The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales team to drive revenue growth for networking products and solutions. This role involves managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the networking and IT solutions market.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for networking products (routers, switches, firewalls, cloud/network services, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities, partners, and markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report results to senior management
Stay updated on networking technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in networking, IT, or telecom
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Good understanding of networking concepts and solutions
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
