Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven background in sales, preferably within the car rental or automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Identify and secure new B2B and B2C clients
• Build long-term relationships with partners and key accounts
• Monitor performance, prepare sales forecasts, and generate reports
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Experience in car rental, automotive, or related industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong advantage
