Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for business development activities involving market research, identifying the location either directly or through channel partners/ brokers/references.

2. Calculating the return on investment, negotiating and finalizing the commercial terms.

3. Processing the legal documentation.

4. Communication skill, negotiation skill, presentable skill, positive outlook and pleasing personality.

5. Successfully carried out retail and commercial leasing operations
