We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business development efforts and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the financial and business services landscape in the UAE.

1. Job Purpose

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and maintain strong client relationships. This role oversees the sales team, ensures achievement of sales targets, and enhances overall customer satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual sales plans and targets aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching for team development.
  • Allocate sales territories and ensure optimal team productivity.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high retention rates.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Sales Operations

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities and product launches.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Present sales updates and strategies to the management.

3. Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • High proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
