Metroplus – a leading Signage, Façade & LED Display solutions company – is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive sales for signage, façade, and LED display projects

✔ Develop new business and manage key client accounts

✔ Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets

✔ Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors & clients

✔ Prepare sales forecasts and strategic growth plans

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in signage / façade / LED display / advertising industry

✔ Strong leadership, negotiation & client-handling skills

✔ UAE market knowledge preferred

✔ Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
