Sales Manager

Texas Superior Home Services is a growing Central Texas maintenance and handyman company serving homeowners, investors, and property managers. We specialize in recurring home maintenance memberships that help homeowners keep their properties maintained year-round.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our membership sales team. This role focuses on coaching sales representatives, improving closing performance, and helping scale our membership program across the region.

This is a performance-based commission role designed for individuals who are comfortable leading sales teams and earning income based on results.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach sales representatives on company sales processes
• Monitor and improve team closing rates and performance metrics
• Ensure accurate representation of membership plans and services
• Track team activity and maintain accountability standards
• Support sales representatives with strategy and deal guidance
• Help drive growth of recurring membership sales
• Identify opportunities to improve scripts, messaging, and conversion rates

Compensation

This role is structured as a commission-based leadership position.

Compensation includes:

• Commission overrides on new memberships sold by the team
• Overrides on membership upgrades
• Percentage of sales representative commissions
• Performance bonuses tied to team sales milestones

Estimated earnings vary based on team performance, but many candidates in similar structures earn $1,000 – $2,500+ per month as the team scales.
