Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plans to meet organizational objectives
• Monitor customer preferences to direct sales efforts
• Assess customer needs, build relationships, and respond promptly to inquiries or complaints
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
