We specialize in compounding pharmacy services and partner with telehealth platforms, providers, and clinics nationwide to deliver high-quality patient care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across provider networks, clinics, and telehealth platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the healthcare sales landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can both build and execute a scalable sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across all pharmacy service lines
  • Identify and build relationships with physicians, clinics, telehealth platforms, and healthcare partners
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pharmacy, leadership) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Track performance metrics, sales KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network within healthcare providers, clinics, or telehealth platforms (preferred)
  • Experience working with compounding pharmacies or specialty pharmacy (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a growth-focused environment
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus

Pay: $50,653.89 - $61,002.54 per year
