WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Sales Manager
-
Hands-on position to help contribute to overall success of the hotel
-
Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rate, increase volume
-
Manage local sales efforts by conducting outside sales calls
-
Assist in developing packages and promotions to build business

Ensure good standing in the community by developing and maintaining relationships with all community and civic organizations

Maintain excellent knowledge of local competition and industry trends

Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner

Requires excellent communication skills

Must be able to work flexible shifts
