Sales Manager

Location: Beverly Hills, Sheikh Zayed.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Oversee client communication from inquiry to closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep us a step ahead.
• Provide regular sales reporting and performance analysis to management.

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years of proven real estate sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Deep understanding of the West Cairo real estate market
• Experience with digital lead funnels and social media–driven sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and people skills
