Sales/Dispatcher – Tire Recycling Operations

About Us

We are a fast‑growing, industry‑leading tire recycling company committed to sustainability, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Family owned and operated for three generations. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch/Sales Coordinator to join our operations team.

Position Overview

The Dispatch Coordinator plays a key role in daily operations by managing driver schedules, communicating with customers, and building efficient truck routes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

No experience needed, incorporates sales and service as well as a dispatching role. Must be dynamic and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily routes for drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and inquiries
  • Monitor driver progress and adjust routes as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, service logs, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to improve efficiency
  • Provide support for drivers throughout the day, including troubleshooting issues

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with routing software, GPS systems, or dispatch tools (preferred)
  • Problem‑solving mindset and strong organizational skills
