Job Summary

Duties
- Report directly to the site supervisor with daily updates on sales and incentives to attract clientel.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with company goals to boost revenue and market share.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Conduct hiring interviews, employee orientation sessions, and ongoing training to build a skilled and knowledgeable team.
- Manage employee schedules, shift assignments, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving escalated issues promptly and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, control stock replenishment, and oversee purchasing decisions to optimize store profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail sales or store management with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in inventory control, bookkeeping, payroll processing, cash handling, and retail math.
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with outstanding organizational skills and time management.
