Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth. Duties

  • Report directly to the site supervisor with daily updates on sales and incentives to attract clientel.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with company goals to boost revenue and market share.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Conduct hiring interviews, employee orientation sessions, and ongoing training to build a skilled and knowledgeable team.
  • Manage employee schedules, shift assignments, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving escalated issues promptly and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control stock replenishment, and oversee purchasing decisions to optimize store profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in retail sales or store management with supervising responsibilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in inventory control, bookkeeping, payroll processing, cash handling, and retail math.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with outstanding organizational skills and time management.
