Job Summary
The Sales Manager will lead admissions growth and outreach initiatives for both Northern University and Barani Institute of Information Technology, focusing on achieving enrollment targets, expanding institutional partnerships, and strengthening market presence. The role requires a results-driven individual capable of managing teams, executing campaigns, and building strong relationships within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute admissions and sales strategies for both NU & BIIT programs
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets
- Lead and supervise the admissions/sales team across both campuses/institutes
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, academies, and education consultants
- Plan and conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, and outreach drives
- Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, social media, and branding
- Track and analyze lead generation, conversion ratios, and campaign performance
- Ensure high-quality student counseling and follow-up processes
- Manage on-ground activities such as student fairs, visits, and promotional events
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, admissions, or business development (education sector preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/admissions targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
