Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales team . This role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit, train, and develop agents while actively driving revenue and establishing strong sales processes and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Build the real estate sales team from the ground up, including hiring property consultants and support staff

* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-performing agents

* Conduct interviews, onboarding, and training programs for new hires

* Establish team structure, roles, and performance expectations

* ⁠* Set up and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

* Define sales targets, KPIs, and commission structures

* Drive team performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets

* Personally contribute to sales and close key deals when required

* ⁠* Create and implement training programs for new and existing agents

* Coach team members on product knowledge, client handling, and closing techniques

* Build a performance-driven and results-oriented sales culture

Compensation & Benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
