Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue streams.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and onboard new team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Manage payroll, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and community outreach to boost store visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail math, budgeting, inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff on customer service standards, phone etiquette, and sales techniques.
  • Experience with POS systems, purchasing procedures, cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping is essential.
  • Leadership qualities combined with organizational skills to manage shift schedules, supervise staff performance, and ensure operational excellence.
