Job Summary
Empire Sarmad Sports Fields and Halls Equipment Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and business development activities in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in project-based sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Our company specializes in playground equipment, sports flooring, sports field solutions, outdoor fitness equipment, and related recreational products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, schools, developers, and government entities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in construction, sports equipment, playgrounds, fit-out, or related industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Ability to manage a sales team and work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
