Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Development Manager will own the commercial growth strategy for Omnitec's parking division. You will manage a dedicated BD team, develop new client relationships, respond to large-scale tenders, and ensure consistent revenue pipeline growth across the region.
Responsibilities
▸ Own and grow the revenue pipeline across parking & security verticals
▸ Lead and develop a high-performing BD team
▸ Build relationships with government bodies, developers, consultants & contractors
▸ Drive end-to-end tender & RFP management
▸ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
✔ 8–10 years of BD experience in the parking or security systems industry
✔ Hands-on knowledge of Parking Solutions, ANPR, access control & CCTV
✔ Proven track record of team leadership and revenue ownership
✔ Strong existing network across the UAE & GCC
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (MBA is a plus)
✔ Mandatory UAE driving license
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
