Sales Manager

Mahraj General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Sales manager with strong knowledge of building materials and consumable supplies for construction sites across the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have experience in generating new business, handling contractor accounts, and supplying construction-related materials and consumables to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in the construction sector
• Develop relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers
• Promote building materials and site consumable products
• Handle quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Maintain long-term client relationships and repeat business

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in business development or sales
• Strong background in building materials and construction consumable supplies
• Existing network with contractors and construction companies preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to bring new projects and clients
• Good knowledge of UAE construction market
• UAE Driving License is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling large contractor accounts
• Knowledge of construction site requirements and consumables
• Strong client management and presentation skills

Salary:
