Sales Manager - Warehouse
As a key member of the Commercial team the Sales Manager is responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities for RSA’s warehouse operations. The role focuses on capacity growth, yield improvement, and long-term client retention within the warehouse vertical.
Working closely with Operations, Finance, and the Customer Service team, this role ensures commercial decisions drive profitable utilisation of space and resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, target, and acquire new warehouse clients aligned with RSA’s operational capacity and service capability.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial terms to clients.

Conduct site visits and customer presentations, demonstrating the RSA Supply Chain value proposition.

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging opportunities.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure and handover to Customer Service.

Work with Senior Management to define pricing models and rate structures that protect margin and optimise yield per pallet.

Track warehouse occupancy levels and proactively sell available capacity.

Ensure all commercial agreements are accurately reflected in billing and client documentation.

Support Finance and Operations in achieving budgeted warehouse revenue and profit targets.

Coordinate closely with the Customer Service & Key Accounts team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Build long-term relationships with key clients to promote repeat business and account expansion.

Conduct quarterly business reviews with major clients alongside Operations.

Respond to client queries, RFQs, and renewal requests within agreed turnaround times.

Align with Operations on capacity availability, resource planning, and operational feasibility before committing to new clients.

Collaborate with Finance on cost models, contract profitability, and client credit assessments.

Work with the Business Transformation and Product & Solutions teams to develop sales tools, data packs, and reporting dashboards.

Ensure CRM reporting is consistently updated and accurate.

JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Market understanding of warehouse and logistics services in the GCC.

Knowledge of RSA Supply Chain’s service portfolio, cost structure, and operational capabilities.

Commercial contract terms and client negotiation frameworks.

Persuasive communication and confident client engagement.

Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance sales ambition and operational feasibility.

Data-driven decision-making using dashboards, cost models, and pipeline analytics.

Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior client levels.

Capability to manage multiple leads, clients, and proposals simultaneously.

Translate operational capability into clear commercial offerings.

Operate independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

CRM system experience (MS Dynamix, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience & Knowledge:
-
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse sales within the UAE.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, pricing structures, and service models.
-
Experience in contract logistics or 3PL environment is essential.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
