Job Role:Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations across Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales teams, strengthening customer relationships, improving branch performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets across all business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the Oman market to achieve business growth.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all business divisions.
  • Manage and oversee B2B, B2C, and showroom sales operations effectively.
  • Drive revenue growth through market expansion and new customer development initiatives.
  • Lead, guide, and manage outdoor sales, counter sales and key account teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities regularly.
  • Plan and implement sales promotions, schemes and incentive programs.
  • Ensure proper pricing, margin control and timely collection of payments.
  • Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, supply chain, finance and operations teams for smooth business operations.
  • Review sales reports regularly and implement corrective actions whenever required.
  • Conduct training programs, performance reviews and productivity improvement initiatives for sales teams.
  • Support showroom expansion, new showroom setup and operational planning activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and always service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, filtration, industrial products, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in handling multi-branch sales operations and sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Good understanding of the Oman market and customer network.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and CRM tools.
  • Must hold a valid Omani driving license and should be proficient in Arabic.
