Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth across our Event Sales operations. This pivotal role is responsible for securing corporate and social catering bookings while managing the entire client lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a comprehensive understanding of sales management and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
  • Prospect and network to generate new sales accounts
  • Manage existing client relationships
  • Customize event proposals based on client needs and budget
  • Create BEOs detailing timelines and event information, ensuring smooth handoff to operation and banquet staff
  • Act as the point of contact throughout the event process, resolving client concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with management, operations and marketing

Experience

  • Proven management experience in catered event sales with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are preferred for diverse customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, POS and reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule involving weekends and evenings

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
