Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales team in Nasr City. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the education sector, driving student enrollment, B2B partnerships with schools/corporates, or selling educational products/services. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales funnel, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with parents, students, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a yearly sales plan to meet enrollment and revenue goals.

Identify market opportunities in Greater Cairo, focusing on Nasr City, Heliopolis, and surrounding districts.

Analyze competitor activities and adjust pricing, promotions, or outreach strategies accordingly.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Team Leadership

Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of Sales Representatives / Admissions Advisors.

Set individual and team KPIs (e.g., number of tours, conversion rates, average deal size).

Conduct weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching sessions.
Lead Generation & Conversion

Oversee inbound lead management (calls, website inquiries, walk-ins) to maximize conversion.

Develop outbound campaigns – school partnerships, corporate education programs, open days, and community events.

Work with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, lead quality, and follow-up processes.

Conduct parent/student consultations (in-person) to explain programs, fees, and value propositions.
Client & Partner Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with school principals, training center managers, HR departments, and education consultants.

Represent the organization at education fairs, school visits, and networking events in Cairo.

Ensure high post-sale satisfaction to drive referrals and retention.
Reporting & Administration

Track sales activities using CRM software (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.

Provide market feedback on customer needs, pricing sensitivity, and new program ideas.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in the
education industry
(schools, universities, training centers, EdTech) is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in
Arabic and English
(both required).

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Local knowledge of Nasr City and Cairo’s education landscape is a strong plus.
Work Environment

Full-time onsite at our Nasr City office/admissions center.

Standard working hours: Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with occasional evening/weekend events (open days, parent seminars).
