The Sales Manager Role

We are a premier, high-volume dealer group backed by strong inventory and a built-in lead pipeline. We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to lead from the front, maximize gross, and help scale our volume to the next level.

What You Will Do

Drive Performance: Lead, coach, and scale a high-volume sales team across New, Used, and F&I departments.
Lead on the Floor: Active desking, supporting T.O.s, and helping set a strong sales pace daily.
Protect the Gross: Balance volume growth with sound, profitable deal structures and compliance expectations.
Manage the Process: Help oversee the sales funnel from digital lead capture to final delivery.
Manage by Metrics: Analyze daily KPIs to strengthen performance and identify local market opportunities.
Strategize with Execs: Partner with executive leadership on inventory strategy, forecasting, and market scaling.

Qualifications

Proven Track Record: Successful experience as an automotive Sales Manager, or a strong Finance Manager ready to step up.
Deal-Maker Mindset: Advanced desking skills with the ability to close complex deals and train others to do the same.
Culture Builder: A high-accountability leader who recruits, trains, and retains strong sales talent.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
