Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our corporate (B2B) sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and strong client relationships.

This is an inside sales (office-based) role focused on corporate clients, lead management, and closing deals through calls, meetings, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Manage and grow B2B corporate client portfolio.

Supervise and guide the inside sales team.

Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.

Handle key accounts and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Oversee quotation preparation, pricing discussions, and deal closures.

Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and inquiries.

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management.

Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.

Improve sales processes and conversion rates.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
