Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve annual/quarterly/monthly sales and recovery targets in assigned territory.

2. Maintain close coordination with RSM for discount approvals against orders or inquiries.

3. To set weekly schedules for sales executives.

4. Consistently work to develop and mature new clients with the potential for high profitability sales.

5. Ensure timely updates to all customers/clients regarding product diversification, enhancement or company updates, whenever required, through e-mail correspondence or visit.

6. Plan market visits daily for sales generation by meeting clients, conducting negotiations, and closing sales.

7. Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly, and customer complaints are resolved on priority.

8. Monitor competitor’s activities related to sales, products, pricing, branding activities, etc., and share with GM/RSM in the daily meeting.

Preferred Industry

Construction, Building Materials, Electronics, Sanitary, Pipes, Tiles & Cables, Cement, Steel, Appliances, HVAC

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters (Marketing)

Experience: 5 - 8 years of proven experience in project sales, preferably with construction and building material experience.
