The Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations and working with their team to reach sales goals while championing our visio, mission, and values

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be an expert in our consultative sales approac and be able to instruct and coach others in the process to hit and exceed metrics

Work on the sales floor to obtain individual and store sales goals

Coordinate with company leaders in the development and execution of company-wide policies and procedures

Continuous development of sales, customer service staff, including weekly one-on-one meetings with team members, new team initiatives, and weekly Saturday morning meetings

Coordinate with company leaders to generate and pursue sales opportunities in the store.
Handle customer issues in a professional manner

Summary

As a Medical Sales Executive at The Good Feet Store, you will play a vital role in promoting our innovative arch support products. This position is essential in driving sales and ensuring that customers receive the best solutions for their foot health needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to drive referrals and increase product awareness.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our arch support solutions.
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and market penetration.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical or technical sales, preferably within the healthcare or retail sector.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and negotiate effectively.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory; a team-oriented mindset is essential.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales practices is beneficial but not required.
