Job Description:
 This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for the water treatment industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management techniques
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
