K Estates Dubai is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in the Abu Dhabi luxury market. This role is ideal for someone with strong Abu Dhabi real estate experience, proven leadership, and the ability to build and guide a high-performing team.

What the role involves

• Leading our Abu Dhabi expansion while operating from our Dubai Hills office

• Building, training, and managing a team of top-performing brokers

• Driving growth within the luxury and ultra-luxury market

• Maintaining relationships with UHNW clients and developers

• Upholding the boutique standards and culture K Estates is known for

• Extensive Abu Dhabi luxury real estate experience
