Sales Manager & Admission Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Sales Manager & Admission Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into admissions, managing student inquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets.

This role requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to guide students in choosing the right course for their career.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads from calls, social media, and walk-ins
• Counsel students about courses, fees, and schedules
• Convert inquiries into successful admissions
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Maintain student and sales records
• Follow up with interested students
• Coordinate with marketing and management team
• Ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in sales, admissions, or customer dealing
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Ability to handle targets and pressure
• Good computer and CRM skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
