Sales manager aesthetic clinic

Cosmique Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinic in Jumeirah is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead patient conversion, consultation sales, package selling, and front-office revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics and understands how to convert leads into paying patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for treatments and packages

• Convert walk-in, WhatsApp, Instagram, and referral leads into bookings

• Conduct patient consultations (non-medical) and explain treatments, packages, pricing

• Follow up with unconverted leads and ensure high conversion rates

• Train and support receptionists/telecallers on sales scripts and conversion techniques

• Work closely with doctors to align treatment plans with patient expectations

• Monitor CRM, track lead stages, and ensure proper data entry

• Handle objections professionally and build strong patient relationships

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management

• Ensure a premium patient experience at every step

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience as a Sales Manager / Patient Coordinator in an aesthetics, dermatology, laser, or cosmetic clinic

• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and packages

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused

• Ability to manage targets, lead follow-ups, and upsell services

• CRM knowledge and strong follow-up discipline

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
