Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker (Furniture & Flooring)

Job Summary

Future Workplace Office Furniture Trading Co. LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Arabic-speaking Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in furniture and flooring sales within the UAE market, strong business development skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the furniture and flooring sectors.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to management.

Requirements

• Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in furniture and/or flooring sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE construction, fit-out, interior design, and flooring industry.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
