Job Title: Sales Manager / Area Manager

Experience Required: 3–4 years in Sales & Marketing within Finance, Banking, or Fintech.

Important Note: Experience in POS, IPG & VAS product sales is mandatory.

Joining Requirement: Candidates who can join within 1 month (maximum) will be preferred.

Job Locations: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Raipur, Guwahati, Kolkata, Siliguri, Ludhiana, Agra, Delhi, and Rohtak.

Key Responsibilities

Increase onboarding of Hotels under the Hospitality segment.
Drive sourcing of terminals through Bank-led models by engaging with branches across designated locations.
Onboard new merchants on DA in respective markets.
Acquire merchants for Online, Recurring, and BBPS services.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Finance, Banking, or Fintech.
Mandatory experience in POS, IPG & VAS product sales.
Proven experience in handling a team of 5–10 sales executives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
