Role Overview

One Four Art is seeking a Sales Manager with a strong professional network and proven experience in the art,

interiors, or architecture sectors. The ideal candidate will understand how to sell art as an experience —

blending aesthetics with storytelling — while expanding our presence in Dubai’s luxury design market.

This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, developing new sales channels, and leveraging digital

platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM tools to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and galleries.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities within Dubai’s luxury real estate and interior design

sectors.

● Attend art fairs, exhibitions, and design events to promote the brand and expand the network.

● Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and increase conversion rates.

● Use LinkedIn for lead generation, outreach, and brand engagement.

● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless project execution.

● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

● Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the art, interior design, or architecture industry

● Proven experience selling luxury or design-related products/services

● Established connections with design studios, architecture firms, or galleries

● Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn networking

● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

● Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about art and design

● Must be currently based in Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
