Position Overview

As our Detailing Sales Manager, you'll lead our sales initiatives, develop client relationships, and oversee the customer experience from initial contact through service delivery. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise with a thorough understanding of automotive detailing processes.

Core Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive sales strategies and network building

Manage existing client relationships and increase retention rates

Develop customized detailing packages that meet client needs and maximize value

Create compelling proposals and conduct consultations for high-value services

Train and mentor sales team members on detailing knowledge and sales techniques

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our service offerings

Collaborate with detailing technicians to ensure service delivery aligns with sales promises

Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and revenue growth

People Management: Experience leading and developing sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management

Detailing Knowledge

Comprehensive understanding of automotive detailing processes (paint correction, ceramic coatings, PPF, interior restoration)

Knowledge of premium detailing products, their applications, and benefits

Familiarity with different vehicle surfaces and appropriate treatment methods

Understanding of paint types, common defects, and correction techniques

Ability to assess vehicle condition and recommend appropriate services

Awareness of industry innovations and emerging detailing technologies

Qualifications

3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in automotive services or luxury retail

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth

Background in automotive detailing or related field strongly preferred

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
