Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager – AV Solutions to drive business development across Delhi-NCR and key cities. This role is ideal for target-driven MBA graduates who enjoy customer meetings, technology demos, and channel development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify & acquire new B2B customers in Corporate, Education, Government & Hospitality segments
Develop & manage channel partners (Dealers/System Integrators)
Conduct product demos for PTZ Cameras, DSPs & AV-IP devices
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Maintain strong client relationships & follow-up rigorously
Track competitor activity & market demand trends
Represent Aniston at exhibitions, seminars & AV roadshows
Requirements

Pay: ₹16,194.65 - ₹40,316.19 per month
